The Barstow School Ningbo Campus (Ningbo Hanvos Kent School) is a Sino-Western integrated bilingual school founded under the auspices of The Barstow School, a century-old prestigious institution in the United States. Adhering to the educational philosophy of "Introduction, Absorption, Integration and Innovation", the school incorporates advanced American educational concepts and methods, actively explores an innovative education model that combines Eastern and Western strengths, and has established a Sino-Western integrated curriculum system centered on "three major teaching systems and nine featured curriculum modules". Founded in 2014, it is a complete K-12 school with over 1,500 students, 47 foreign teachers and more than 170 Chinese teachers, achieving a student-teacher ratio of 1:6.
