Tell Chinese Stories in English is our signature English speech contest. Taking language as a bridge and culture as the core, it helps students inherit traditional Chinese culture and develop cultural confidence as well as global vision. Open to all students, the contest covers historical stories, folk customs, humanistic spirits and modern development, including keynote speech, Q&A and talent show sessions. It improves students’ language proficiency, logical thinking and adaptability. The event encourages students to spread Chinese culture to the world, enhances their cross-cultural communication skills and cultivates their patriotism and global mindset.
